Some facts about Kalsboel
Our farms consist of 732 hectares. The share of Kalsbøl makes up 232 hectares, other properties 82 hectares and leaseholds 407 hectares.
The soil quality varies from clay soil to heavy clay soil and is very cultivation reliable. The production is concentrated on plant breeding, grain, seeds, beets, rapeseed and peas. Of greatest importance are grain crops with multiplication of sowing seed. The basis of the production is modern and up-to-date production facilities, which we constantly strive to extend and develop through an active investment policy. Besides the conventional farming we offer contracting arrangements. We sell straw from a dry store for feed as well as for fuel.
